Pacific Blue® Kosher Flake Sea Salt is an all-natural kosher flake sea salt, produced from the crisp, clear waters of the Pacific Ocean. This salt captures the treasured kosher flake texture and delivers all the beneficial nutrients of unrefined sea salt. The crystals are shaped like small, hollow pyramids, a traditional form for this salt style. Unlike other kosher salts on the market, SaltWorks® ensures Pacific Blue is never refined, retaining its natural trace minerals with zero additives or chemical processing. It is all-natural, organic compliant, and allergen-free. 

The fine, feather-like flakes are perfect for everyday commercial kitchen use, including finishing, baking, and cooking. Pacific Blue is lighter by volume than traditional sea salt, dissolves quickly, and blends well with other dry ingredients, making it ideal for seasoning blends, food processing, and products like soups and sauces.
